I know that we are not in communion, but what is the view of the Coptic Church to the Eastern Orthodox Church.

The Oriental and Eastern Orthodox Churches are striving to bridge gaps and recognize each other positively. However, there are still some differences, including each's perspective on specific historic figures that are recognized as saints in one church, whereas the other has disdain for that person, e.g., Dioscorus recognized by the Oriental Church and Leo recognized by the Eastern Orthodox. If each side is willing to meet and discuss, hope remains that one day we could eliminate all differences and be in communion with each other.
